Downtown Hartford Has It! – Bicycle Roadside Assistance

Heads up to our bicycling friends in Hartford – The Hartford Business Improvement District Ambassadors now offer free emergency roadside assistance to bicyclists with a flat tire, dropped chain, or loose bolts.  You will need to come over to BiCi Co. for anything more complicated and for tuneups, but now you will have one less thing to worry about when riding in Hartford’s business district.  The fear of getting stuck with a flat tire is no longer a worry for those riding in for a show, a festival, or to work.  The service is the first of its kind for a business improvement district, and it is getting great regional and even national press.  BiCi Co. is excited that we have been able to partner with the Ambassadors on bicycle safety and mechanic training classes.

• Wednesday, July 26th – Slow Roll to the Monkey, for the Brainard Airport Live, Work, Love Hartford Happy Hour and Event
• Friday, Aug 4th – Bike, Walk, Bus to Work Meetup at Blue State Coffee, 777 Main Streret from 7am-9am
• Wednesday, Aug 9th – Transport Hartford Happy Hour at Hog River with the LGH Bike Share Team, 5:00pm-7:30pm at the Hog River Brewery in Parkville.  Learn about a pilot bike share plan that is aiming for Spring 2018.
